  • Covid-19 Banquet Protocol
    • 1.  Valet will not be parking vehicles at this time – valet will be here to direct guests where to park.
      2.  Tables must be 6 ft apart – 8 people maximum at 66-inch tables (66 inch can fit up to 10)
      3.  All tables will be set with rolled silverware
      4.  Water glasses will be filled and preset with a cover – then replenished by bringing a fresh glass already filled.
      5.  Wine glasses will be preset with a cover – servers will serve one round with a preset glass and then replenish by bringing a fresh glass already filled or refilled with an individual carafe.
      6.  All sodas, iced tea, tea and coffee will be served upon request with requested condiments, refills will be served with a new beverage glass or cup.
      7.  S & P and condiments will be served only upon request.
      8.  No preset salad or dessert. 
      9.  If we have individual action stations, all actions stations will have a buffet attendant serving members. All stations will have sneeze guards in between the server and member.
      10.  No passed hors d’oeuvres – tabled hors d’oeuvres will have attendants serving members and sneezed guards in between the server and member.
      11.  At this time, we are not allowing portable dance floors to be installed. We can create a dance area in the ballroom that allows for more social distancing.
      12.  Ballroom doors will remain open all evening once guests enter the room.
      13.  If a cake is displayed, it will be creatively sectioned off to ensure 6 ft of social distancing and kitchen staff will cut the cake in the kitchen and wait staff will serve.
      14.  All chairs will be disinfected prior to and after each event.
      15.  Each event of 50 or more people, the host will be required to send an email to their guests that temperatures will be taken upon arrival. In the notice, they will state that if an attendee is experiencing a temperature, or if you or a member of your immediate household are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please self-quarantine, seek appropriate medical advice, and do not attend the event at the Club.
      16.  Each event of 50 or more people, temperatures are required to be taken of all members and guests upon arrival. Based upon CDC guidelines, anyone who’s temperature is 100.4 or higher will not be able to enter the Club.
      17.  Temperature stations will be staffed at the door with our team members with hand sanitizer and face masks.
      18.  All members, guests, vendors are required to wear face masks that cover their nose and mouth upon entering Southern Hills Country Club Clubhouse and outside throughout the entire event, no exceptions.
      19.  Room Capacity: 
      President’s Room -18-20 people – 20 is MAX (must be at 3 tables)
      Wine Room – 30-32 people – must be no more than 6 per table
      South Ballroom – 80 Ballroom – 206-220  (depending on set up)
      Maxwell’s - 16
      20.  All vendors coming onto Southern Hills Country Club property will have their temperatures taken prior to entering the Clubhouse and must sign a health questionnaire.
      21.  All employees are required to wear a face mask and gloves at all times. Upon entering the Clubhouse, all employees are required to have their temperature taken, complete and a sign a daily health questionnaire.
