Guest Information


General Guest Rules

Unless a special guest card has been issued, members must accompany their guests at all times during use of Club premises. Except as otherwise approved by the Board of Governors, members may not bring as a guest any former member expelled from the Club. Members may bring family member guests and other guests, whether or not they are residents or non-residents of Tulsa, as guests for Sunday Brunch, lunch and dinner without any guest fee charge. Club dances, parties and other special functions are limited to members, family member guests and other guests unless members are notified otherwise. All family member guests and other guests using the Golf Facilities, Tennis Facilities, Swimming Facilities or Health & Wellness Facilities must be registered by the accompanying member.

Dress Code

Members and their guests must wear attire appropriate for a family country club. Men may wear collared sports shirts and slacks in the Dining Room (Maxwell’s) at any time, unless specified otherwise for a special Club event. Informal attire is acceptable in the Main Clubhouse, including mid-thigh length shorts, slacks, collared sports shirts and blue jeans, unless specified otherwise for a special Club event.

Attire which is not considered appropriate at any time in any area of the Main Clubhouse includes torn or excessively worn blue jeans, jean shorts, cut-offs (shorts or shirts), short shorts, tee shirts, tank tops, halter tops, bathing suits and flip flops. No men’s baseball, golf or sporting hats are allowed in the Clubhouse except in the Men’s Locker Room and Golf Pro Shop. Women’s sporting hats may be worn in the Clubhouse, including the Family Grill and Mixed Grill.

Cover-ups and footwear must be worn by all ages in Snug Harbor and on the Snug Harbor Patio after 5:30 p.m. Casual dress may be worn in the Family Grill. Excessively worn blue jeans, cutoffs (shorts or shirts), tank tops, halter tops, bathing suits and males’ sleeveless shirts are not allowed. Men's baseball, golf or sporting hats are not allowed in the Family Grill but may be worn on the Terrace.

Portable Communication Devices

The use of portable communication devices including cellular phones, texting and electronic mailing on Club Property shall be as follows:

  1. All devices shall be placed in “off,” “vibrate” or “silent” mode while on Club Property.
  2. Clubhouse, North Patio Areas, Snug Harbor and on the Snug Harbor Patio – Receiving and sending texts and electronic mail is allowed. Talking on cellular phones is allowed only in the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and phone booths.
  3. Golf Course and Practice Areas – Use is limited to emergencies. Communications shall not disturb other golfers nor shall they ever interrupt or delay the pace of play.
  4. Health & Wellness Center – All devices shall be placed in “off,” “vibrate,” or “silent” mode. Receiving and sending texts and electronic mail is allowed. Talking on cellular phones is allowed only in the Locker Room.
  5. Swimming Pool – Use is allowed on pool deck only.
  6. Tennis Facilities – Use is not allowed on tennis courts. Use is allowed in the Tennis House.
  7. Parking Lots – Use is allowed.
